Privacy Policy

Triage Files Studio · Last updated: September 27, 2026

Triage Files Studio ("the app") is a private desktop tool used only by the owner of the Triage Files YouTube channel to publish the channel's own videos. This policy explains what the app accesses and how that information is handled.

YouTube API Services

The app uses YouTube API Services. By using the app you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Information the app accesses

How the information is used

The information is used only to upload and schedule videos on the Triage Files channel and to confirm that the upload succeeded. The app does not read, collect or analyse data about viewers, subscribers or any other YouTube user, and it does not access any other channel.

Storage and sharing

The authorization token is stored only on the owner's computer. No data is sent to any server other than Google's. No information is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. The app sets no cookies and uses no analytics.

Retention and deletion

The token is kept until the owner deletes it or revokes access. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Revoking access or deleting the local token file removes the app's ability to access the account.
